Immobilized Sorption-Colorimetric Microprobes for Chemical Analysis

چکیده

Here, we propose a concept of immobilized sorption-colorimetric microprobes for preconcentration and sensing colored analytical forms. Individual particles sorbents distributed over small area 1 mm × attached to an easy-to-made strip with adhesive layer were considered as the probes producing colorimetric responses through These then directly recorded scanner at 1200 dpi, separated from background, processed obtain information about amounts analytes. The food dyes Fast Green FCF, Ponceau-4R used proof-of-concept based on silica modified quaternary ammonium bases alumina studied. Some features analytes’ adsorption by their scanometric found. It was shown that proposed method is applicable determination 1–7 mg L−1 dyes.
